The Goal of this holistic nurse is to facilitate your health through neurofeedback training, education and mind/body balancing (or Healing Touch).
Self care is something that we often neglect or put near the bottom of our to do lists. When this happens, we often become stressed or if it continues long enough, ill, burned out or depressed.
Through personal experiences with illness and injuries this holistic nurse has learned how to combine knowledge from several different courses of study and her own experience to provide individualized care to promote healing. Healing can be decreasing pain, increasing flexibility or decreasing other symptoms.
